Welcome to Teen Week 2026! We are excited to have teens, families, and supporters join us for a powerful week of faith, fellowship, fun, and growth. To help make this event a success, we have provided two important forms:

Teen Week Registration Form
This form is for parents/guardians to register teens who plan to attend Teen Week activities. Please complete this form with all required information so we can prepare for a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every participant.

Teen Week Sponsorship Form
This form is for individuals, families, or businesses who would like to support Teen Week financially. Your sponsorship helps cover registration costs for teens who may need assistance and allows us to continue providing meaningful experiences for our youth. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.
